We report a case of a 12-year-old boy from Masese Landing Site, Uganda, who presented with progressive abdominal distension, vomiting, and constipation—symptoms indicative of bowel obstruction. Surgical exploration revealed extensive adhesions and nodular lesions, necessitating biopsies. Histopathological examination confirmed intestinal schistosomiasis caused by Schistosoma mansoni.
